Pablo H creates paintings that examine belief systems, duality, and conflict—how we inherit stories, resist them, and reshape them. The work functions as a mirror of collective and personal reality, where mythology and human psychology meet the present.
His visual language is built from a synthesis of graphic styles and ancient cultural influences: Sumerian, Egyptian, Mayan, Incan, Aztec, Siboney, Taino, Cherokee, Japanese, Hindu, and Chinese elements. These sources are not quoted directly but reinterpreted into contemporary form—symbols reassembled for current memory.
Cultural memory and shared humanity sit at the center of the practice. Each canvas holds layered tensions—ritual and modernity, myth and material life—inviting the viewer to confront the complexities that bind us.
Ultimately, the work points toward unity: one existence, many histories.

Biography & Credentials
Born in Havana, Cuba in 1961, Pablo H is a self-taught artist now based in Orlando, Florida, USA. His studio practice spans 30 years and is informed by a deep commitment to cultural memory and contemporary narrative.
From 2000 to 2018, he was employed by The Walt Disney World Company, a chapter that sharpened his understanding of visual storytelling and rigorous craft.
