Studio & Practice
My paintings explore belief systems, duality, and conflict—how inherited ideas shape the way we see ourselves and others. I see my work as a mirror of personal and collective reality, where mythology, psychology, and contemporary life converge.
My visual language draws from ancient cultures—including Sumerian, Egyptian, Mayan, Incan, Aztec, Siboney, Taino, Cherokee, Japanese, Hindu, and Chinese traditions—reinterpreting their symbols through a contemporary lens.
At the center of my practice are cultural memory and our shared humanity. Each canvas brings together myth and modern life, difference and connection, inviting the viewer to question the beliefs that divide us.
Ultimately, my work points toward unity: many histories, many identities, one humanity.

Biography & Credentials
Born in Havana, Cuba in 1961, Pablo H is a self-taught artist now based in Orlando, Florida, USA. His studio practice spans 35 years and is informed by a deep commitment to cultural memory and contemporary narrative.
From 2000 to 2018, he was employed by The Walt Disney World Company, a chapter that sharpened his understanding of visual storytelling and rigorous craft.
